How to Make Chicken Pakora

For all the Pakora lovers, Chicken Pakora is an easy-to-make dish that refreshes your taste buds.
  • Chicken Boneless: Half kg
  • Gram Flour: Half cup
  • Salt: 1 tsp.
  • Ground Coriander: 1 tbsp.
  • Coriander: 1 tbsp.
  • Crushed Red Pepper:  1 tbsp.
  • Cumin: 1 tbsp.
  • Baking Soda: ½ tsp.
  • Red Pepper:  1 tbsp. (If you like it spicy)
  • Dried fenugreek leaves:  1 tbsp.
  • Garlic paste: 1 tbsp.
  • Water: As per requirement





Preparation of Chicken Pakora:
To make chicken pakora, follow these steps:
  • ·         Mix all the ingredients well excluding gram flour


  • ·         Set aside for ten minutes
  • ·         Add gram flour to the mixture and add water  

  • ·         Leave the mixture for another ten minutes
  • ·         Heat oil in the pan
  • ·         In the oil, add the chicken pieces one by one

  • ·         Remove when they turn golden brown
  • ·         Serve delicious chicken pakora with chatni.
