How to Make Chicken Pakora
For all the Pakora lovers, Chicken Pakora is an easy-to-make
dish that refreshes your taste buds.
- Chicken Boneless: Half kg
- Gram Flour: Half cup
- Salt: 1 tsp.
- Ground Coriander: 1 tbsp.
- Coriander: 1 tbsp.
- Crushed Red Pepper: 1 tbsp.
- Cumin: 1 tbsp.
- Baking Soda: ½ tsp.
- Red Pepper: 1 tbsp. (If you like it spicy)
- Dried fenugreek leaves: 1 tbsp.
- Garlic paste: 1 tbsp.
- Water: As per requirement
Preparation of Chicken Pakora:
To make chicken pakora, follow these steps:
- · Mix all the ingredients well excluding gram flour
- · Set aside for ten minutes
- · Add gram flour to the mixture and add water
- · Leave the mixture for another ten minutes
- · Heat oil in the pan
- · In the oil, add the chicken pieces one by one
- · Remove when they turn golden brown
- · Serve delicious chicken pakora with chatni.
